Senior Services of Seattle/King County's website lists resources to contact for concerns ranging from meals and exercise to minor home repair--reach them at seniorservices.org or 206.448-5757.

The U.S. Administration on Aging offers the Eldercare Locator, "a public service...connecting you to services for older adults and their families" via its website (eldercare.gov) and telephone number, 1.800.677.1116.

The AARP's (American Association of Retired Persons) website features abundant information about all matters senior citizen--check it out at aarp.org.
